Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced support workers to provide high-quality assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with physical or intellectual disability, who enjoys a challenge, and values making a positive impact on someone's life.

This role involves providing daily living support, encouraging independence and participation in community activities, and working closely with individuals and their families to understand their needs and goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities, particularly children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of individuals with varying support requirements.

Requirements:

  • Current resume and 2 professional referees.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer).
  • Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001).
