Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales agents, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and leasing workflow. Your duties will include organization and collaboration with sales agents, liaison with company solicitors and settlement agents, preparation of minutes and other relevant documentation, and data entry and database management. Key Responsibilities:
* Organisation and collaboration with sales agents to ensure the administration tasks pertaining to the sales and leasing workflow are completed proactively and to a consistently high standard
* Liaising with company solicitors, settlement agents, customers, and clients
* Preparation of minutes, Disclosure Statements, property reports, and other relevant documentation
* Providing general day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
* Data entry and database management
* Assisting with the organisation of both team and client meetings
* Assisting client communication throughout the sales process
Requirements:
* 2 years experience within a Real Estate environment
* Strong knowledge in residential real estate legislation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
