  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Support junior team members and collaborate with senior chefs, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Positive Team Culture: Contribute to a positive team culture with clear communication, reliability, and respect, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong Work Ethic: Possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have a genuine interest in food and willingness to learn, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.

  • Culinary Product Knowledge: Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to food product, staying informed about ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Operational Policies: Comply with all of our established hotel operational policies and procedures, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
  • Workplace Health and Safety: Have a full knowledge of, and practice all of our established workplace health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
