Behavioural Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering behavioural insights projects and providing policy advice to support the strategic priorities of government.

The role involves working with various stakeholders, including policy branches and other government departments, to identify opportunities for improving public sector outcomes through the application of behavioural science principles.

  1. Delivery of behavioural insights projects to inform policy development and improve public sector outcomes.
  2. Collaboration with policy branches and other government departments to develop and implement behaviour change strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. A qualification in Behavioural or Social Sciences, Economics, Psychology or Statistics would be highly regarded.
