About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Development Assistant to join our proposals team. In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and production of proposals, ensuring the satisfaction of clients and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the identification, development, and publication of proposals, tenders, and other written documentation requiring professional writing and editing skills.

* Assist in the preparation and submission of quality tender and expression of interest documentation.

* Assist with internal communications and meetings, including scheduling, attending, collecting meeting notes, and distributing action item lists.

* Communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to assist with gathering proposal content.

* Assist with internal stakeholder follow-up to ensure proposal development milestones are met.

* Assist with formatting proposals and associated documents in preparation for submittal.

* Assist with the maintenance of client and opportunity databases, registers, and internal business development documentation within our client relationship management system.

* Assist with the preparation of proposal status reports.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience providing proposal or project coordination/administrative support. Experience within a professional services firm is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is a strong asset.

* Proficient in all Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

* Excellent team player and able to work collaboratively with others.

* Assertive, cooperative, and effective communicator (written and verbal).

* Ability to perform under solid pressure and tight deadlines.

* Keen eye for detail.

* Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
