Practice Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care and driving business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coaching, leading, and developing a high-performing practice team in a positive environment
  • Assisting with overall financial performance and maintaining sterilisation, infection control standards
  • Managing patient relationships, processing payments, and marketing the practice to drive patient numbers
  • Recruiting and selecting practice staff

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a dental Practice Manager or strong dental background
  • Prior business and people management experience
  • A proven track record of organisational skills, administrative abilities, and exceptional communication skills
  • Able to manage finances, comprehend P&L statements, and handle challenging conversations
