Commercial Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of local restaurant industries, becoming a key figure in local food delivery initiatives.
  • Analyse data to inform customer proposition improvements neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
  • Manage top restaurant partnerships, leading negotiations and optimising performance on food delivery platforms.
  • Support local hero brands through collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Identify and acquire new local favourites to deliver to customers, setting them up for success.
  • Lead Business Development Managers and provide coaching, priority setting, and deal making expertise.
  • Map out local sales strategies, prioritising value proposition gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Enhance customer offerings through local knowledge acquisition, improving selection, operations, and strategy plans.
  • Maximise marketing potential by encouraging restaurant participation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, sales or strategy roles.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable using data to identify improvement areas for restaurant partners and city/area performance.
  • Mixture of field-based and office/home working (2-3 days per week).
  • Preferably a valid driver's licence.
