We are seeking a senior marketing professional to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

This individual contributor role will report to our VP of Growth and partner closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to drive product adoption, maximize customer lifetime value, and turn our users into loyal advocates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies across the customer lifecycle, utilizing data-driven approaches and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with Product to define launch goals, develop messaging, and execute go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities and create targeted campaigns.
  • Design and build the customer engagement tech stack in collaboration with CS, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum ROI.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, a proven track record of launching features or products, and strong cross-functional operation skills. You should be a creative problem solver, data-driven thinker, and effective communicator with the ability to own end-to-end execution from strategy to content to systems.
