Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project coordinator to support and coordinate multiple building repair and modification projects.

This role will ensure efficient planning, execution, and completion of various facility-related projects by liaising with third-party contractors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in project management tools.

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects related to building repairs and modifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to required quality standards.
  • Monitor progress and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.

The scope of projects will involve coordination of various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Roof repairs and replacements.
  • Painting works.
  • Removal and redesign of rooms.
  • Drywall removal and new installations per layout.
  • Removal of old/unused equipment.
  • Electrical works.
  • Water and plumbing works.

Requirements for this role include prior experience in project administration or facility management, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools. Knowledge of workplace safety requirements is advantageous.
