Facilities Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating facilities team projects.
  • Assisting in the collation of asset data and documentation of maintenance plans.
  • Assisting with the preparation of facilities team budgets.
  • Monitoring and reporting on projects to complete on time and within budget.
  • Developing and writing facilities team procedures.
  • Ensuring property records are updated as a result of implemented projects.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement projects in the facilities team.
  • Ensuring all projects have required internal and external regulatory approvals before, during, and after project completion.
