Senior International Relocation Advisor

As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of international workforce transitions, ensuring seamless compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate Global Expatriate Management Cycle with People Business Partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders globally.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in all areas of Global Mobility.
- Provide consultation on relocation management and collaboration with People team on talent profiles.
- Offer subject matter expertise on Global Mobility Standards interpretation for various assignments and projects.
- Stay up-to-date on Global Mobility trends and provide regular insights.
- Serve as the main point of contact for APAC Immigration related matters for international moves to and within the region.
Education: Bachelor's degree holder, Master's degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience providing expert competence in all aspects of Global mobility.
- Extensive background in immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations, assignment lifecycle, relocation management, and third-party provider coordination.
- Experience handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC).
- Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments.
- Excellent communication skills to guide diverse stakeholders.
- Initiative-driven, proactive, and autonomous worker.
