At Cadmus, we're working hard to achieve an ambitious goal: to provide 1 billion students with access to high-quality education by 2050. To achieve this, we need a high-performing Learning Support Manager to join our team and support our teacher users.
Key Responsibilities
Our Learning Support Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality, fun, and impactful learning experiences across various workshops, webinars, and training sessions for our teacher users. They will build meaningful relationships with teachers, design high-quality assessments, and provide exceptional support experiences for our users. Additionally, they will successfully manage multiple projects across our pilot and enterprise implementations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of experience as a teacher, tutor, or learning designer, and experience providing support to users of a software product. You will also need to have demonstrated experience managing complex projects independently and as part of a team.
