Job Overview

This is a critical role responsible for managing key client relationships and driving business growth in the Entertainment industry.

The successful candidate will lead a strategic growth initiative, handle and build key relationships with clients, develop product solutions and coordinate service offerings to enhance client experience.

This position involves mentoring and developing an industry team, building on client retention and revenue generation across the Entertainment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading top-level client relationship management and building reputation that leads to new opportunities and strengthens existing client arrangements
  • Developing and delivering an annual strategy focused on delivering revenue growth
  • Mentoring the team on products and binder management
  • Leading wider partners to ensure contributed solutions are delivered to enhance client experience
  • Cultivating and establishing relationships with event promoters and direct clients in the festival and event space
  • Assisting with broking and carrier marketing to ensure the best outcomes for clients
  • Developing retention plans to maintain and grow our A-class clients and online opportunities
  • Seeking improvement in efficiency & processes to optimise resources & profitability
  • Developing thought leadership & articulating Aon's proposition to external and internal partners
  • Acting as a technical referral point for colleagues
  • Acting as a binder signatory
  • Leading and supporting Business Development activity for both online and direct client opportunities
  • Delivering client education programs and conference attendance both online and in person, potentially involving interstate travel
