Telecommunications Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Systems Specialist to install, maintain and repair data and telecommunications systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and repair data and telecommunications systems, including cables, equipment and related hardware.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and plans.
  • Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they meet standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • A valid cabler registration/certification.
  • Extensive knowledge of data and telecommunications systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as a Telecommunications Systems Specialist.

About the Role:

This is a key position in our installation and maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data and telecommunications systems.
