As a pivotal member of our team, we are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Solutions Developer to spearhead the creation of cutting-edge digital solutions. This role is focused on driving change through effective collaboration with stakeholders, identifying and articulating technical requirements for business process improvements, policy updates, and digital system enhancements.

About this Opportunity
  • To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation, mediation, and facilitation skills.
  • A solid understanding of business acumen, industry knowledge, and experience working with digital platforms is also essential.
  • You should be proficient in using JIRA and Confluence, as well as having hands-on experience with UML sequence diagrams and APIs/web services.
  • In addition, you should possess knowledge and experience with process modeling tools, specifically BPMN and flow diagram creation.
