## **Job Description** **Service Executive** The **Aon Client Services team (ACS)** is a business critical operating unit and a cornerstone of our drive to enhance customer experience and deliver our profitable growth agenda. With a presence in 6 locations across Australia, ACS provides best-in-class client service support across all market segments. To support the development of this innovative service model, we are currently welcoming applications from organised, diligent and customer-focused professionals for the role of Service Executive to join our Global and Corporate team based in Sydney CBD. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** Based at our Sydney CBD office you will be collaborating with Client Managers, Client Executives, and Account Executives across multiple sectors. With excellent career advancement, and ongoing training opportunities, we are offering the chance for a highly motivated, committed and driven individual to progress into the position of Account Executive in our **ACS** Global & Corporate segment.  **As part of the Aon Client Services team, you will be responsible for:** - Responsible for assisting with client account portfolio management - Working directly alongside Client Managers - Directly managing client queries and being a subject matter expert for all their portfolio needs - Attending client meetings and managing relationships with Insurers - Assisting with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting - Managing quote slips and placing slips - Managing invoicing and complex premium calculations - Providing leadership to Service Specialists **How this opportunity is different** As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
