Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our General Recruitment Capability and Executive Search Services in the Manufacturing markets.

Your key duties will include:

  1. Promoting and Marketing our services to clients in the Manufacturing markets.
  2. Business Development and securing new client projects.
  3. Managing the life cycle of role briefs to placement of candidates.
  4. Negotiating terms of business with clients.
  5. Candidate and pipeline building.
  6. Obtaining and maintaining a sufficient number of vacancies from clients to meet monthly targets.
  7. Promoting our company's business in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in recruiting professionals within the Manufacturing market (preferable but not essential).
  2. Exceptional customer service and business relationship-building skills with the ability to secure repeat business from clients.
  3. A proven track record of achieving consistent month-to-month revenue and business generation.
  4. Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
  5. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a hard-working attitude.
