Key Responsibilities
Organic Social Media Management: Plan, create, publish and optimise content across Eightcap's global social channels, ensuring each platform supports broader brand and business goals.
Social Campaign Execution: Own execution of Meta-based reach and engagement campaigns, including ad setup, A/B testing, and creative optimisation.
Creative Asset Development: Collaborate with designers or independently develop visual content that brings our brand to life, with consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging.
Global Content Localisation: Support regional social initiatives by adapting messaging and visuals for specific cultural and language contexts while ensuring brand consistency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on key KPIs like reach, engagement, and community growth. Translate insights into action to improve content performance.
Trendspotting & Community Building: Stay across platform updates and emerging formats to keep Eightcap relevant and resonant. Engage directly with our online communities to build rapport and brand trust.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product and brand teams to ensure social supports overall go-to-market and promotional campaigns.
Who are you?
Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand with measurable impact on reach and engagement
Strong understanding of Meta ad setup, formats, and objectives including engagement and reach optimisation.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual content using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and iterate based on data.
Confident working independently and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastic, creative, curious, and driven to learn and grow in the role.
Experience running global or multi-region campaigns and tailoring content accordingly.
Experience in fintech, trading or financial services with an understanding of industry trends and regulations (bonus, but not essential).
Paid community management social experience on platforms beyond Meta (e.g. TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
Familiarity with social listening and scheduling tools.
