About the role:

As a Manager – Senior Manager in our Toowoomba office you will have access to global resources and industry-leading development programs, such as RSM Academy and our Leadership and Management Program.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager (or aspiring Manager) to join our Business Advisory team in Toowoomba. This division offers tax and business advisory services to private enterprises and high-wealth family groups. You'll work with emerging businesses, private companies, and multinational groups, blending regional lifestyle benefits with opportunities for professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert tax and accounting advice to diverse clients, including family groups, trusts, and partnerships.

  • Lead client engagements, attend meetings, and build lasting business relationships.

  • Develop team members through coaching and mentoring, while honing your managerial skills.

  • Specialise in a chosen field or sector while accessing best-in-class resources and technology.

About you:

  • Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major

  • CA qualification or equivalent
