Residential Aged Care Facility Manager

We are seeking a senior leadership professional to join our team as a Residential Aged Care Facility Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence, improve resident outcomes, and foster a high-trust environment.

About the Role
  • This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality aged care services to residents, while also driving business growth and profitability.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic operations team across multiple levels and wings of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, local community groups, and government agencies, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a strong focus on clinical care, customer service, and staff engagement, resulting in improved employee retention and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within residential aged care, preferably with exposure to large-scale facilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and funding models.
  • Proven track record of achieving business outcomes, improving resident satisfaction, and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Skillful use of financial acumen, budgeting, and performance metrics to drive business growth.
  • Ability to leverage industry relationships, partnerships, and networking opportunities to promote business interests.
