Duties

- Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiations across diverse, high-profile projects
- Drive key construction and infrastructure matters from start to finish
- Collaborate with senior Partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver success
- Mentor and support junior colleagues and foster professional growth
- Engage in business development and client relationship building

Skills & experience

- 5+ years’ experience in Construction/Infrastructure/Projects
- Highly developed communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- A proactive, approachable attitude with the ability to guide and support others
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
