About the Role
As a Governance Support Officer and under the guidance of an experienced Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our governance and compliance processes – especially across our key partnerships with government and banking entities.
You’ll take ownership of contract and compliance management, ensuring everything we do continues to meet legal and regulatory requirements. From supporting tenders and procurement processes to responding to audits and client or supplier requests, your detail-oriented approach will keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

In a typical day you can expect to:
- Manage contracts and compliance – Ensure ongoing compliance with contracts and legal requirements.
- Support procurement processes – Work with different teams to complete proposals and tenders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance – Help keep our business aligned with government rules and industry standards.
- Respond to audits and client requests – Collaborate with teams to provide accurate and timely information.
- Keep things organised – Maintain accurate records, registers, timetables and schedules.
Our Ideal Person
ESSENTIAL
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Experience in corporate governance, compliance, or contract management.
- Strong attention to detail – you double-check your work and make sure everything is accurate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in communicating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong professional and technical writing skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset – you see challenges as opportunities to improve.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with procurement processes (tenders, EOI’s, RFPs, RFT’s etc) or audits.
- A background in legal, banking, compliance, or governance frameworks is a big plus
- Experience interpreting and managing contracts.
