Your Role

- Assist with listing preparation, marketing materials, and property documentation
- Manage client databases and update property details in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
- Process contracts, offers, and transaction paperwork
- Provide post-sale customer service and administrative support
- Support marketing efforts (flyers, emails, social media)

What We’re Looking For

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
