About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending technicalknow-how with process improvement, someone who takes pride in creatingwell-designed, reliable document templates that make everyday work simpler forlegal teams and deliver a seamless experience for clients

What you’ll do?

- Review, categorise and streamline document templates to improve consistency and reduce complexity.

- Configure document automations using data contexts, logic builders and workflows.

- Build branded templates, forms, email layouts and reusable content blocks.

- Test, troubleshoot and refine document generation to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Work closely with other configurators, architects and legal users to improve processes and system performance.

- Provide documentation, training and support to help others use the system effectively.

What will you bring?

You’resomeone who takes pride in creating polished, professional documents and enjoysfinding smarter ways to make systems work better. You’ll have solid MicrosoftWord formatting and template skills, along with experience in document taggingor automation tools such as HotDocs, Contract Express, XpressDox or DocuSign.You’re naturally curious, detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems,with clear written communication and a practical approach to sharing technicalinformation. Experience in knowledge management, precedent administration orlegal systems configuration would be a plus, but what matters most is yourability to combine precision, process improvement and collaboration to deliverquality outcomes.
