Are you passionate about shaping the future of urban development? Lead strategic infrastructure planning and delivery across our growth areas and major developments.

You will provide expert advice on infrastructure provision and open space requirements at all stages of development, manage complex legal and financial agreements, and oversee the delivery of deed-related infrastructure projects from inception through to implementation.
Your influence will be critical in aligning diverse stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of private and Council-led projects, and shaping planning outcomes that support cohesive and sustainable growth. Representing Council in State-led infrastructure projects, you will maintain strong relationships with State Agencies and initiate deed-related infrastructure projects, contributing technical and planning advice throughout the project lifecycle.
