Overview of the role:

In this position you will be responsible for supervising both IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring secure, dependable, and efficient performance in support of our business and process requirements. Key responsibilities include system administration, network, server and storage architecture, implementation of cybersecurity protocols, managing disaster recovery plans, and maintaining relationships with vendors. As a team leader, you will be expected to maximise system performance, uphold compliance standards, and contribute to planning, developing, and executing strategies for our future infrastructure requirements. Your contribution will play a vital role in driving the successful operation of our business.

This position can be based out of Adelaide, Hobart or Port Pirie and will require travel amongst the sites.

Key Duties and Accountabilities:

• Be an IT Infrastructure professional
• Manage a team of like-minded people
• Design, develop and maintain IT and OT Networks, Servers and Storage.
• Ensure systems and services are cyber safe
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

To be successful in this position you need to have:

• You must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Current qualifications and proficient with Cisco Networking, Microsoft Windows Server (including AD and SQL Server) and Cyber Security.
• Knowledge of network cabling standards and requirements.
• Expertise in virtualization Hyper-V design, implementation, and administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Server and network troubleshooting skills including L2, L3 and application layers.
• Proficiency in infrastructure hardware including storage design, implementation, and administration.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security methodologies including penetration testing, auditing endpoint analysis, and malware investigations.
• Excellent documentation skills of infrastructure environments.
