In this role you will:
- Lead a thriving defence-focused sales territory, delivering growth and strong customer outcomes.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive account acquisition and expansion.
- Manage large-scale tenders, proposals, and complex commercial engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver innovative, high-value IT solutions.
- Build deep customer relationships across Defence related industries, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Use insights and data to create compelling customer value propositions. Drive operational excellence in forecasting, reporting, and partner alignment.
About You
- Proven sales success within IT, with experience leading complex solution sales.
- Strong business acumen and confidence managing commercial negotiations.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills at all levels.
- Background or experience working with Defence or government clients (highly regarded).
- Eligible for Australian Defence security clearance (Australian citizen).
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Confident using data and market insights to influence customer decisions.
