Responsibilities

- Build multi‑channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
- Customise templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate campaigns with CRMs, APIs, and data warehouses for advanced targeting.
- Configure data schemas to ensure campaigns hit the right audience with precision.
- Track, analyse, and optimise performance using automation and analytics tools.

Qualifications

- Proven hands‑on experience with at least one major enterprise‑level Email Marketing Platform (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo, etc.).
- SQL skills for segmentation and reporting.
- Front‑end skills: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Workflow design experience and the ability to orchestrate high‑volume, omnichannel campaigns.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data integration.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
