Job Description

- Manage and lead the bid development process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of bid documents.
- Support project management activities of successful bids, focusing on the early stages of contract execution to ensure effective coordination and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain structured project plans including milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
- Demonstrated success in securing complex, high-value bids and tenders.
- Facilitate internal meetings, maintain accurate minutes, and track key deliverables.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to support successful bid development.

The Successful Applicant

- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of contract law.
- Project planning capability, including understanding of dependencies and realistic timeframes.
- Ability to apply commercial and numerical acumen to real-world scenarios.
- Excellent organisational skills, stakeholder coordination, and documentation discipline.
- Experience working with or preparing bids in a technical or manufacturing setting.
