Clough is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the Bidding Energy & Resources Team in our North Sydney office. This would suit someone with 1-2 years experience wanting to advance their career.
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and control of all documentation, ensuring that all documents are properly registered, quality checked, and distributed in accordance with Clough’s policies and procedures.

Your focus will include:
- Delivery of technically acceptable document control services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough’s business needs.
- Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of document control system and documentation.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of DC systems across the division.
- Manage customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.
- Liaise regularly with manager to report progress, areas of concern / issues and potential changes.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Bid Coordinator in the Construction, Engineering or Design industry
- Demonstrated experience in formating documents and presentations
- Understanding of an RFI's and Bidding / Tenders
- Knowledge of information management, ideally in a large tender/project environment would be advantagous
- Demonstrated ability using SharePoint and Bluebeam Revu (preferred)
- Tendering knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to be resourceful.
