**A role you will love**

This role will sit in the Asia Pacific ER team encompassing Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China.

Our aim is to deliver an excellent experience for employees, managers and senior leaders, making it as easy as possible for our people to do what they need to do.

**This role is to support the ANZ Employee Relations team with the following**:

- Provide support for small number of workers compensation claims nationally
- Manage effective and timely return to work program for injured employees
- Liaise with managers, employees, insurers and medical practitioners regarding work related injury claims and injury management strategies
- Provide first line support and advice to managers for general queries related to policies and ER resources
- Support the Employee Relations Team Manager to prepare the end-to-end process of implementing people change programs
- Coordinate monthly reporting requirements
- Work closely with the ER team to update ER policy documents and ensure these are communicated to the business
- Support and contribute to relevant People team projects as required.

**Other key skills required include**:

- Experience in managing workers compensation claims and return to work strategies
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline or some relevant experience
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and colleagues
- Able to multi-task and prioritise to meet demands
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
- Highly organised with a methodical approach and an eye for detail
- Able to work as part of a team, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
- A continuous improvement mindset
