With our strong reputation for quality and reliability, we continue to expand and are now seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our team.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator at SSS, you will play a key role in managing contracts and supporting project delivery. You will liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, tenders, and related project documentation.
- Estimate and monitor project costs, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Process contract variations, progress claims, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to support smooth project delivery.

About You

- Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- At least 5-year experience in contract administration within the construction or steel industry
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
