About the Centre

Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Emerald Beach.Our centre is a 58-place centre located in the beautiful coastal suburb of Emerald Beach. We have 3 rooms that cater for 6 weeks to 5 years and two purpose-built outdoor play areas. We participate in team-building experiences to build bonds and friendships, loving what you do, where you work, and very importantly, who you work with is a recipe for success. Our team prides itself on providing meaningful play-based programs through the lifelong learning approach, placing children at the core of our planning as capable, competent, and creative individuals.

About the Role

- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.

- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.

- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role

- A current Working with Children’s Check

- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
