Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting business owners with day-to-day branch management

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Assisting with insurance claims and vehicle repair coordination

  • Resolving complex customer service issues

  • Monitoring fleet availability, cleanliness, and maintenance

  • Managing inventory and vehicle logistics

  • Preparing vehicles for hire

  • Handling scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks

We're looking for someone with:

  • Supervisory or team lead experience

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

  • A customer-first attitude

  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Independence and teamwork skills

  • Problem-solving and creative thinking

  • A valid driver's license with a clean record

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
