The Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the Manufacturing Manager by managing daily operational and administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for streamlining workflows, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting audits, all while helping drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead small-scale process improvement projects
- Collaborate with WH&S and CI teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Prepare documentation for audits and operational reports
- Maintain accurate records and support data integrity

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in operations or administration coordination (ideally in manufacturing)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
