**Administrator (12-month fixed term)**:

If yes, come and join Sunwater as an Administrator, where you will play a vital role in providing efficient, effective, professional assistance and support the Customer and Stakeholder Relations Team. **This position is a 12-month fixed term role (maternity leave cover) and will commence in early January 2025.**

As an Administrator at Sunwater, you will:

- Provide all-round administrative assistance to the Customer and Stakeholder Relations Team, including (but not limited to):
- travel coordination
- calendar management and meeting room bookings
- catering and PPE/uniform ordering
- management of team training requirements and new starter onboarding
- document formatting and word processing including template/precedent documents updates and workspace management
- event management support for customer engagement activities such as dam open days and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain records within Sunwater’s information management and matter management systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
