Are you a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, digital engagement, and brand building? CDF is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing CDF’s marketing and communications strategy, driving engagement, and delivering high-quality content that reflects our values and mission.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and deliver engaging marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create branded content and imagery for CDF’s digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
- Manage and enhance website content and functionality to improve user experience.
- Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS platforms to produce and manage content.
- Support internal brand initiatives and empower staff to be brand ambassadors.
- Maintain and update branded templates and marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

What You’ll Bring

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing-related role, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing practices.
- Confidence using digital communication tools and platforms (training provided).
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
