Overview
Located in Heatherton Victoria our client is looking for an experienced, skilled and qualified contracts administrator. The role will prepare contracts, review and negotiate variations to contracts on behalf of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Understanding project specifications and reading construction drawings
- Developing, reviewing, evaluating and negotiating project variations
- Responding to inquiries and problem solving regarding programs, projects, and services
- Managing paperwork associated with programs, projects and services
- Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation/'s activities
Qualifications
- A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business related qualification, with at least 2 years of “hands on” experience working in a similar position
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Ability to create reports on costing data
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Very detail orientated
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Proven commercial acumen
- Excellent time management
You will be paid $79,0000- $85,000 per annum + superannuation depending on your skills, experience and qualifications
