CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Leading commercial builder with a focus on Education, Health and social housing projects up to $100M

Lincd have partnered with an award winning National Construction Company that have delivered exceptional D&C projects throughout their 20 year history.

They have a growing schedule of works secured for delivery in 2025 including Government, Health, Education and Social Housing projects. Due to this increased workload they are in a position to add an experienced contracts administrator to their team.

The standout candidate will receive a generous salary package and the opportunity to grow with a supportive, progressive team working on varied projects valued up to $100M+.

Key responsibilities

  • Procurement
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts
  • Letting and Vetting of subcontractor packages
  • Progress claims
  • Financial Reporting

Key skills required to succeed

  • Proven experience working with a commercial builder in Melbourne
  • A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator working on commercial projects over $5M
  • JOBPAC software experience seen as a bonus
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
  • Full working rights (sponsorship not available)
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Current Drivers License Essential
