About the role
As a Training Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing the administration of training activities and driving continuous improvement in training processes. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, maintain training documents and policies, manage system operations, and provide support across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the annual training plan process in collaboration with the training team.
- Maintain and develop training documents, policies, and procedures, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Oversee the management of VETtrak system, including upgrades, enhancements, and user support.
- Produce relevant reports from VETtrak for business needs, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within HR and across the business.
- Support the harvest recruitment process and assist in broader HR administration tasks as needed.
Qualifications and SkillsRequired:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Sound knowledge of technology to support business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
