We’re looking for a Digital Director to lead digital strategy, performance, and growth across their biggest client. You’ll be at the forefront of digital innovation driving excellence in paid and programmatic media, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring a talented digital team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where strategic thinking meets executional excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with senior agency leaders and clients to deliver impactful, data‑driven media outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of digital strategies aligned to client business goals.

- Oversee performance across biddable and programmatic channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display.

- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior clients and media partners.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and platforms to drive innovation.

- Oversee campaign performance, budget management, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.

- Contribute to agency‑wide digital maturity and integration across media, strategy, and creative.

About You

You’re an experienced digital leader with a strong grasp of the media landscape, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing people and brands.

You’ll bring:

- 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing or media, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a media agency.

- Deep understanding of biddable and non-biddable channels, programmatic, paid social, and paid search.

- Strong knowledge of platforms and tools such as DV360, Google Analytics, Nielsen, Roy Morgan, and similar.

- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.

- A proven ability to think strategically while delivering tangible business results.

- A collaborative, proactive leadership style that inspires teams to do their best work.
