**ROLE OUTLINE**

Nike team is expanding - looking for Performance roles with a genuine passion for driving results working with a killer team and client. Nike are known for activating truly exciting, ground breaking and first to market media campaigns. Adding Performance to our existing Brand Team is a unique opportunity and one not to be missed. Tenure on the Mindshare Nike team is huge because the people frankly love and care for the brand. The Mindshare team are a true extension to the Nike Marketing team.

As our Performance Associate Director, this role spans the full spectrum of implementation, activation, and delivery. You provide leadership to activation staff, drawing on your expertise to coach, teach, and support them in delivering for our clients to a consistently high standard. You also collaborate with clients to produce successful implementation plans that drive real business change.

For this role, we need someone who is an expert on all things digital, Search, Social and Programmatic, and ideally with an experience with eCommerce. You will be an experienced people manager, this role will be responsible for a team of 3 or 4. This is a fast paced, high volume, but very rewarding client.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING**

People - 35% of your time
- Manage team workflow, delegating tasks effectively, making sure goals are set & met, and resolving issues with mínimal guidance
- Ensure performance evaluations are completed to the required frequency and standard, coaching managers where required
- Lead the training and development of junior members of the team, including up-to-date certifications/accreditations across all relevant platforms

Product - 30% of your time
- Enrich ongoing implementation planning and buying practices to improve delivery, collaborating with practice leads where relevant
- Actively lean into GroupM craft initiatives at an AU, APAC and Global level to drive best practice in your team and to maximise knowledge sharing opportunities.
- Bring innovation and creativity to the table by leading the testing agenda for your team, collaborating with partners to harness their capability
- Supervise the reporting output across the team, ensuring it is jargon-free, insightful, and of the highest standard

Client - 20% of your time
- Own key relationships at the intermediate level, as it relates to implementation planning & buying
- Demonstrate strong media planning principles, working with clients to provide implementation plans that are grounded in strategic priorities
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members on their communication and relationship-building skills

Commercial - 15% of your time
- Address and resolve challenges and issues related to commercial tasks, liaising with stakeholders and coaching junior team members as required with mínimal supervision
- Seek and implement improvements to ways of working that increase efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations
- Support Director on investment decisions, audits, and forecasting
