The opportunity…
A New Product Specialist Role for Victoria, also covering Tasmania remotely, with intermittent travel there as required. The Surgical Specialty Solutions team focuses on Minimally Invasive Surgical Technology. Our product portfolio extends to advanced insufflation, and products that align with plastics, reconstructive and general surgeries. Excitingly, we have just launched a brand-new Confocal Microscope, which will be used intraoperatively to assess positive margins in real-time. This is an incredible new opportunity for our division, and we are looking for an eager teammate to join us and represent VIC/TAS.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong customer service ethos and a natural ability to stay organised under pressure. You’re someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support. With experience in administrative coordination—ideally within a technical or healthcare setting—you’re comfortable navigating systems like SAP and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to excellence make you a trusted point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, ideally within a medical or technical environment
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong internal relationships
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
