The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role takes ownership of all aspects of financial control and leads a team of 8 with 4 direct reports.
- Leading financial reporting and performance analysis, providing proactive commercial insights.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, distribution forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Managing cashflow forecasting, NAV modelling, and calculation of monthly distributions.
- Driving compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partnering with auditors, tax teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Leading process improvement, automation, and integration initiatives.
- Supporting investor relations, Board reporting, and commercial decision-making.
This role offers broad exposure across finance, treasury, compliance, and stakeholder management, while supporting future growth initiatives.
Your Profile
You are an experienced finance professional ready to step into a leadership role with broad responsibility. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, ideally with a CA qualification (preferred)
- 8+ years' experience in funds management and/or Big 4 professional services.
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting, compliance, and forecasting.
- A track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset with ambition to grow your career in the funds management sector
