This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a Tier 1 Main Contractor
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing packages under a Commercial Manager on a £300m prison project. This will consist of 741 new category C prison places for the Ministry of Justice in three four-storey house blocks. The project will feature ancillary facilities including a health care building, a multipurpose workshop, additional kitchen space, and upgrades to several existing buildings including the gym and gatehouse. You will be based 5 days on site with flexibility. This is a full-time permanent position with a Tier 1 Main Contractor that have a strong pipeline of work.

Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
The company are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident and has strong interpersonal skills creating long-lasting relationships. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing packages.

- Experience managing subcontractor packages at a main contractor on high value projects
