About You
You’re a driven and hands-on Project Engineer who enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through from planning to completion. You’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering either Civil or related field.
- Proven experience in civil infrastructure or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work on FIFO/DIDO rosters across Australia.
- Junior and Senior roles available, from early-career engineers to those with 10+ years of experience.
About the Role
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting in project delivery from start to finish, including scope, scheduling, budgets, and documentation.
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring progress and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Providing technical input and problem-solving on site as required.
- Supporting reporting, forecasting, and continuous project improvement.
- Standard site hours range from 10–12 per day, depending on project requirements.
