Together, these groups are at the forefront of Canva’s growth journey driving acquisition, retention, monetisation and scaling the strategies that power Canva’s long term ambitions.
About the Role
As an Admin Business Partner (Executive Assistant) to the Growth SuperGroup, your role is to partner with the newly appointed SuperGroup Lead to ensure they’re set up for success. Reporting into Growth’s Leadership Operations (Chief of Staff), and working with the broader Growth Ops team, you’ll work hand in hand to ensure that the administrative needs of our leaders are prioritised and supported.
The Growth Lead is stepping into this role as a first time SuperGroup Lead. Establishing strong administrative support in the early months will be critical to ensuring he can focus on leading strategy, teams and execution.
You’ll thrive if you love nothing more than anticipating needs, simplifying complexity and keeping fast-moving leaders on track. The role requires pace, discretion, adaptability and someone who takes pride in making the whole SuperGroup more effective.
What you'll do
- Time management: Ensure the Lead’s time is used efficiently through smart scheduling and prioritisation.
- Inbox & escalation management: Own the Lead's inbox, triage requests and ensure critical escalations are actioned.
- Meeting preparation: Coordinate, prepare and follow up on meetings with the right materials and context.
- Cadences & rhythms: Partner with Leadership Operations to run Growth SuperGroup-wide meetings, reporting and cadences.
- General administration: Manage logistics including travel, documentation expenses, and ad hoc requests.
- Cross-Group support: Provide light, temporary admin support to the Print Group (e.g. meeting scheduling).
- Be a connector: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow across the SuperGroup.
