(Urgent) Executive Assistant

About the Role
- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a central role in supporting the CEO and the efficient running of our Support Office. This is more than just an administrative position — it is an opportunity to contribute to a for-purpose organisation and enable initiatives that have a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, anticipating needs and ensuring they are well-prepared and organised.
- Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and foresight.
- Manage CEO correspondence and maintain accurate records and files.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events to ensure they run seamlessly.
- Oversee office administration and support the effective operation of our Support Office in Erskineville.
- Coordinate the Board meeting cycle, including agendas, meeting papers, and follow-up actions.
- Assist the CEO in building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Lead and deliver organisational initiatives and projects on behalf of the CEO, including our Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Provide project support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and act as a conduit for information sharing.
- Contribute to a positive, purpose-driven Support Office culture with a strong customer service mindset.
- Balance competing priorities and deadlines with calm and professionalism.
About You

- Key Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with digital tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
