We/'re on the hunt for a full timeCustomer Care Consultant, to join our friendly team in Kwinana WA

What You/'ll Be Doing:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care

- Completing administrative tasks to support customer care operations

- Striving for first-contact resolution and meeting service level targets

- Contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture

- Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

We offer a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one. No experience in our industry? No problem – we/u2019ll train you

What You/'ll Bring:

- Previous experience in customer service or support

- A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn

- Bonus: Experience in industrial supply or trade environments
