With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for talented and driven Project Coordinators; expressions of interest from Senior Project Coordinators will also be considered. In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects. What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
- Prepare scopes of work
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure required approvals are obtained
- Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas and reports
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status
- Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and Design standards
- Provide input for the tender and ECI process
- Assist CAs with variations and contract administration
- Coach and mentor our Graduates and Cadets
What you’ll bring:
- A genuine passion for the Construction industry
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
- Exposure to a variety of medium‑to‑large scale projects, e.g. commercial, residential and education
- Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex and Hammertech (highly desirable)
- Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
